The Agoda Team informed us they had an outage during the time period from 2025-07-23 17:15:00 -0600 MT to 2025-07-23 20:00:00 -0600 MT, where reservations were not being delivered to the channel manager.
This outage has been resolved by Agoda, all missed reservations have been picked up, and no further action is necessary.
