Dear Valued Partner,

We want to inform you of a recent technical issue affecting our Channel Manager platform. On Monday May 5th from 6:29pm ET to 10:29pm ET, a system error caused certain reservations to be repeatedly sent over approximately four hours. This impacted three channels: HRS.de, C-Res.com, and Agoda.com.

Our engineering team has identified and resolved the issue. We have also implemented additional safeguards to prevent its recurrence in the future.
