Expedia Group experienced a service degradation impacting the Product APIs, resulting in failed messages and error responses for EQC PARR and the Product API from 2026-03-06 3:12 PM MST -700 to 2026-03-06 3:49 PM MST -700.
The issue was escalated to the appropriate internal teams and has now been resolved. Services have been fully restored, and traffic has returned to normal levels.
